We need not fear.

We all know we are children of God, but some of us do not know how to use our privileges in the Lord.

“For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.” The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God,”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭8:14-16‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

As we have not been given the spirit of fear, we need not fear.

“But He said to them, “Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?” Then He arose and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭8:26‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

With God, you should not be afraid of situations and circumstances.

We live in a world that is cursed, ruled by the devil. However, in the mist of all the evil Jesus prayed for his disciples for protection.

We have been adopted for when Adam sinned the world fell under the umbrella of Satan. However, Jesus Christ rose from the dead! Saving us from the Adamic sin.

Although the cross is our salvation, it is not our dwelling place, for God has greater things for us.

When Jesus rose and went to heaven he left the cross behind. Some of us dwell under the cross all our lives. However we have been adopted.

We need to know our relationship with God.

Those of us that leave the cross behind to go on to better are adopted into the family of the Lord. For anyone in Christ is a new creation.

At times when we experience trouble, we act is if God has forsaken him. God did not promise us a rosy life.

You will lose, but with God what you will gain more than you have lost.

“having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will,”
‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭1:5‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Gods plans for you are good and not of evil. So if things happening to you that are evil they are not from God.

As a child of God, there will be suffering, for the bible tell us. However…

“For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise. Now I say that the heir, as long as he is a child, does not differ at all from a slave, though he is master of all, but is under guardians and stewards until the time appointed by the father. Even so we, when we were children, were in bondage under the elements of the world. But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons. And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying out, “Abba, Father!” Therefore you are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.”
